It's time to adjust your course again. Time to see where you are and decide where you want to be. Time to check to see what's working and what's not. And its time to focus the power of mental marketing to achieve your new goals.

This internal and external check up should take place very 90 days-a quarterly report, if you will.

Take time to write down these answers:

• What do I LOVE to do?
• How often am I doing it?
• What am I resisting-what don't I like to do?
• What's working? (By "working," do I mean I have a good time doing it or that it brings me the income I desire from it?)
• What's not working? (Enjoyment and/or income or both)
• What do I want to release? What and/or who do I no longer want in my life?
• What am I willing to do in the coming year to expand my business?
• What am I not willing to do?
• Three marketing ideas I am willing to activate or continue doing in the coming year are 1)____________2) ___________3) ____________
• What did I earn from my business this past year? _______
• How much income do I want to have in the coming year? ________
• I would be willing to have it appear as ___ # of clients a week, ____units of product at $____, and $_____ from passive income.
• Now double that.
• Be sure you want those numbers. If it is too many clients and you want to only work three days instead of four, you'll want to focus on increasing your passive income from signature products and affiliate sales or perhaps plan new sales pages for your products.
• The income I willing attract and accept in the coming year is $____________ Let that sink in a moment. Are you willing to accept that amount? Do you believe it is possible? Remember, the universe lines up according to our beliefs and it has unlimited resources. Think big!!!
• What I want to achieve in the next 90 days by ________(date) is:________
• What fun do I want to have in the next 90 days? Are there trips to take, or events to attend? Schedule them in your calendar.
• My mission statement for the coming year is:

Look over your list and make any adjustments you wish. Be sure the list feels good to you and that you are willing to accept all you have written down. Then say to yourself, "I accept all this and more."

Now we get to work. Listing things you desire helps you focus and make your choices. Now we're going to use the power of mental marketing to manifest our desires.

Mental Marketing uses the Law of Attraction. Your thoughts are vibrations and when you focus your thoughts, they attract other like-vibrations until the vibrations collectively manifest into the desired form. Focus on what you DO what. For instance, focus on having savings, which implies that your bills and debts are all paid, rather than looking at eliminating your debt, which keep you focused on something you want to eliminate not attract more of. Keep thinking about what you want to attract into your life experience. Notice your willingness to accept this bounty.

To focus your thoughts, take time at least three times a day to quiet your mind and visualize what it looks and feels like to have all that you desire in place. Stay with your visualization until you feel emotion-how excited, or relieved, or pleased, or safe, or satisfied you are to have your business expand to the level you have envisioned. Feel the joy you have as you help someone achieve their goal, or make a difference in their life through your product or services. Picture a wave of well-being moving out all over the world as the vibration of your business offering expands and touches the lives of others. Feel how deeply you are in service. Let your vision expand every time you stop to immerse yourself in it. Think big. There is unlimited possibility in the Universal Mind.

Then let go. Trust that the Universe has taken over and what you desire is on the way.

Watch for signs. Watch for new doors to open, exciting opportunities to show up, and new insights to occur. Make your choices. Do your part. Stay focused on your service to others. Give gratitude for what you have and what you receive.

Then set your course according to your deepest desire.
